Marijuana arrests in Adams: ADAMS -- Gary Wandrei and Chandra Bourelle, 30 and 28, were arrested with 46 grams of marijuana at their Victory Street residence Friday. Adams Police Det. Lawrence Ordyna said the arrests came following a two-year investigation.
