Polished plant: ADAMS -- The town's wastewater-treatment plant superintendent says staff are to thank for a recent excellence award the plant received from the federal government.
Adams' wastewater treatment plant was recently selected by the Environmental Protection Agency for a 2012 Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Excellence Award.
