To fund or not to fund: A citizens’ petition, requesting the City Council rescind funding for the renovation of Silvio O. Conte Middle School into a new elementary school will come to a vote tonight. Should the council vote against pulling the funding, the petition will go to a public vote during a special election on April 30.
