NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
* Thomas G. Grizey, 69, of Willow Road in Richmond, was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for March 3.
* Michelle Perry, 22, of Murray Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of identity fraud. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for March 21.
* Kevin Welz, 27, of River Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, breaking and entering a building during the day and destruction of property valued over $250. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for March 21.
* Justin A. Price, 32, of Chase avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for March 23.
* James A. Milby, 51, of Brock Road in Petersburg, N.Y., was found guilty of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Milby was given probation until Feb. 21, 2014, fined $750 and ordered to complete an alcohol treatment program.
