NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:
* Todd J. Chiaretto, 44, of David Road in Peru, was found guilty of threat to commit a crime and harassment. Chiaretto was sentenced to 30 days in a house of correction and given probation until May 18, 2013.
* Julianne Cousineau, 47, of Main Street in West Stockbridge, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for July 30.
* Thomas A. Peterson, 26, of South Street in Pittsfield, was found guilty of breaking and entering a building at night for a felony and destruction of property over $250. Peterson was sentenced to two years and six months in a house of correction.
* Chris Sadlowski, 59, of Willow Cove in Cheshire, was arraigned on a charge of assault. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for July 6.
* Jamie N. Marin, 19, of North Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for July 30.
* Donald Cornish, 37, of Iroquois Drive in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of larceny under $250 by false pretense. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled
Warrants were issued for the following people:
* Jeffrey D. Hoag, 45, of Holbrook Street in North Adams, on two counts of larceny under $250, one count of failure to return leased personalty, one count of larceny over $250, one count of larceny of construction tools, one count of larceny over $250 by false pretense and one count possession of a Class B drug.
* Stacy R. Defresne, 39, of State Road in North Adams, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
* Diana L. Miranda, 42, of East Street in North Adams, on three counts of larceny by check under $250.
* Michael A. Reyes, 25, of West Road in Adams, on a charge of larceny over $250.
