NORTH ADAMS -- At DownStreet Art’s Kickoff on Thursday, June 28, Boston painter and performance artist Jessica Gath will perform "For You I Feel Lucky" at 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. in the Verizon Wireless storefront, 43 Main St.
"For You I Feel Lucky" is taken from Gath’s "For You" body of artwork, catalyzing generosity in real time in peoples’ real lives. All performances are participatory and are appropriate for people of all ages and persuasions.
Because the performance requires participation from the audience, space is limited and latecomers will not be admitted.
Gath has exhibited nationally and internationally. She recently participated in the deCordova Museum and Sculpture Park’s 2012 Biennial and at Portland State University’s "Open Engagement."
