NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

* Brenda J. Mcwhirt, 41, of Fisk Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 3.

* Jonathan A. MacDonald, 17, of Notch Road in Cheshire, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property under $250 and disorderly conduct. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 3.

Warrants were issued for the following people:

* Briana R. Manoogian, 24, of North Main Street in Lanesborough, on charges of two counts breaking and entering a building during the day for a felony and one count larceny over $250.
