PITTSFIELD -- The Berkshire Regional Transit Authority will be closed and regular bus service will not be provided today, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.

All regularly scheduled service will resume at 5:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 5, following the regular scheduels. The administrative office will reopen at 8 a.m.

Specific schedule and/or route information may be obtained by calling the operations department at 1-800-292-BRTA, ext. 1.
