NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
* Carl D. Moon Jr., 52, of Howland Avenue in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 20.
* John L. Sweet, 49, of McLain Court in Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 7.
* Wes F. Ouimet, 20, of Park Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of motor vehicle larceny, breaking and entering a vehicle at night for a felony, possession of a burglarious instrument, larceny over $250 and burning personalty. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 10.
* Jessica L. Cwalinski, 24, of Houghton Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation, third offense. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 10.
* Alexander Ciccolo, 20, of Murray Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 10.
* Robert J. Donnelly III, 28, of Montgomery Street in North Adams, was found guilty on two charges of
* Scott J. Sadlowski, 30, of Simon Avenue in Adams, was found guilty of operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, and responsible for failure to drive in the right lane and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Sadlowski was sentenced to nine months in a house of correction, given probation until July 8, 2014 and fined $600.
* Jacob A. Groves, 17, of Kemp Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, possession of liquor by a person under 21-years-old and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 10.
* Dennis A. Moran, 37, of Wells Road in Cheshire, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, a marked-lanes violation and speeding. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 27.
Warrants were issued for the following people:
* Kenneth J. Konsenich, 39, of Wilshire Drive in Cheshire, on six counts of receiving stolen property over $250.
* Elizabeth A. Noyes, 31, of Dyer Prince Road in Eastham, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a lights violation and driving a child aged 8 to 12 without a safety belt.
