NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

* Maureen A. Johnson, 43, of McLain Court in Williamstown, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. Johnson's license was suspended for 90 days and she was fined $735 by the court.

* Joseph J. Bunt, 27, of Brayton Hill Terrace in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of resisting arrest, breaking and entering a boat or a motor vehicle during the day for a felony and larceny of a drug. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 8.

* Gary M. Cooper, 54, of Bachand Avenue in Williams town, was arraigned on charges of seven counts of vandalizing property and one count of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 8.

* Douglas B. Thompson, 26, of Fred Mason Road in Cheshire, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUI) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for OUI. Thompson was sentenced to one year in a house of correction.

* Michael A. McGuire, 38, of Beech Street in Adams, was found not guilty on charges of assault and battery and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older, and found guilty of violating a harassment

prevention order. McGuire was sentenced to six months in a house of correction.

* Tiffany L. Hartlage, 21, of Maple Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and a lights violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 7.

* Havah M. Icardi, 18, of School Street in Cheshire, was arraigned on a charge of criminal harassment. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 6.

* Kareena C. Bigelow, 18, of Valley Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of criminal harassment. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 6.

* Sara-Jean Williams, 39, of Brayton Hill Terrace in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property and uttering false checks. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 7.

Warrants were issued for:

* Louis A. Piccone, 50, of Kirchner Road in Dalton, on charges of failure to stop for police and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

* Chantelle L. Soave, 24, of Daniels Road in North Adams, on charges of three counts larceny by check under $250.

* Priscilla M. Ellsworth, 32, of Yorkshire Drive in Chesh ire, on charges of speeding in violation of a special regulation, operating a motor vehicle while not in possession of registration and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

* Gabrielle S. Carle, 26, of Congress Street in Green field, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with no inspection sticker.
