NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
* Samuel J. Gonzalez, 28, of Adams Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for July 20.
* Brad E. Rathbun, 37, of Cliff Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of destruction of property over $250. Rathbun was ordered to pay $1,497.85 in restitution. The case was continued without a finding until Oct. 26.
* Thomas J. Langnickel, 57, of West Main Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, third offense. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 29.
