NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:
* Brett E. Logan Jr., 22, of East Main Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of larceny from a building, larceny over $250, possession of a Class A drug, breaking and entering a building at night for a felony, use of a motor vehicle during a felony or larceny, and possession of a burglarious in stru ment. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 15.
* Jordan R. McDonald, 21, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard in North Adams was ar raigned on charges of larceny from a building, larceny over $250, possession of a Class A drug, subsequent offense, breaking and entering a build ing at night for a felony, use of a motor vehicle during a felony or larceny, and possession of a burglarious in stru ment. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 10.
* Wyatt E. Demo, 23, of Chestnut Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of larceny from a building, larceny over $250, possession of a Class A drug, breaking and entering a building at night for a felony, use of a motor vehicle during a felony or larceny, possession of a burglarious instrument, failure to stop for police, a miscellaneous equipment violation, and carrying a dangerous weapon. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 10.
Warrants were issued for the following people:
* Rosalie Roman, 28, of Bracewell Avenue in North Adams, on a charge of failure to return library materials.
* Molly Kerns, 47, of Water Street in Williamstown, on a charge of failure to return library materials.
