NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
* James M. Shea, 27, of Cross Road in Clarksburg, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, an inspection sticker violation, an equipment violation, operating a motor vehicle without a license in possession and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 9.
* Jason D. Phelps, 30, of Columbia Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and a marked-lanes violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 19.
* Jonathan P. Duteau, 25, of Amherst Road in Sunderland, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked-lanes violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 5.
* Todd A. Boillat, 43, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 27.
* Derrick A. Altman, 36, of Bracewell Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 27.

* Keith H. Brooks, 50, of Rand Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 31.
* Steven J. Burdick, 22, of Tyler Street in Pittsfield, was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 25.
* Peter J. Caron, 66, of Church Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and speeding. Caron was given $700 in fines and a 45-day license suspension. The case is continued without a finding until July 30, 2013.
* Matthew L. Zieminski, 20, of Sand Mill Road in Cheshire, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 29.
* Kevin R. Hamill, 26, of Comanche Drive in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered operation of a motor vehicle, uninsured operation of a motor vehicle and a number-plate violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 30.
A warrant was issued for the following person:
* Shawn M. Tripodes, 18, of Brooklyn Street in North Adams, on charges of larceny under $250 and malicious destruction of property under $250.
