NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
* Timothy J. Roberts, 37, of Front Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 2.
* James Johnson, 33, of Phelps Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of larceny under $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 14.
* Dale A. Critteli, 32, of East Hoosac Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 10.
* Ryan S. Anderson, 20, of Spring Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, possession of alcohol by a person under 21 and a lights violation.
* Aaron I. Christopher, 37, of East Quincy Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by concealed merchandise, subsequent offense. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 11.
* Jacob L. Michon, 21, of West Main Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 14.
Warrants were issued for the following
* Janessa E. Fisk, 22, of Bracewell Avenue in North Adams, on charges of two counts larceny over $250, and single counts of receiving stolen property under $250 and forgery of a document.
* Anthony Aywlin, 21, of Walker Street in North Adams, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a number-plate violation and a marked-lanes violation.
