WILLIAMSTOWN -- The 9th annual Summer Noontime Concert series at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Williamstown continues Monday, Aug. 20, with a program by Boston-based soprano Lucy Bergin, accompanied by pianist Scott Bailey. The program features works by Bach, Handel, Mozart and Faure.
The concert begins at noon and lasts 45 minutes. Admission is free; voluntary contributions to help defray expenses are welcome. Audience members are invited to bring a bag lunch to enjoy during the concert. St. John’s will provide drinks and cookies.
The series will conclude Monday, Aug. 27, with a performance by New York-based baritone Avery Griffin, who will sing works by Vaughan-Williams, Menotti and Bernstein.
