NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court Tuesday:
* Robert J. Upton, 63, of James Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. Upton was fined $635 and given a 45-day license suspension by the court. His case was continued without a finding until Aug. 27, 2013.
* Anthony J. Albano, 31, of South Street in Dalton, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and an inspection-sticker violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 28.
* Trevor Decker, 32, of Hall Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 16.
* Lori M. Tinney, 39, of Carson Avenue in Clarksburg, was arraigned on a charge of abandoning a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 28.
* Johnathon M. Levesque, 18, of Mohawk Trail in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering a building for a misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 3.
* Tatiana I. Cruz-Orellana, 24, of Wahconah Street in Pittsfield, was arraigned
* Dalton P. Martinelli, 19, of North Summer Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, an open-container violation, a marked-lanes violation and possession of liquor by a person under 21. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 28.
* Kimberly R. Butler, 30, of Washington Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by concealed merchandise and trespassing. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 16.
