Revamped and rolled out: WILLIAMSTOWN -- The David and Joyce Milne Public Library's "virtual branch" has been overhauled for the first time since going online in 1999.

Library Director Pat McLeod said recently that the library launched its new website on Aug. 21 in hopes of increasing its presence and organization.

"What we had before were long lists and nothing organized into categories. All our electronic resources and digital content were buried to the point that I don't think a lot of people knew about them," she said.

Those resources include ebooks, research databases, an online catalog, downloadable audio and a language learning program.
