NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
* Chandler T. Ayotte, 37, of Summer Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building during the day for a felony and indecent exposure. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 12.
* Billie L. Jangrow, 41, of Quality Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering a building during the day for a felony. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 12.
* John P. Prudhomme, 42, of Union Street in Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as a habitual traffic offender. Prudhomme was sentenced to 30 days in a house of correction.
* Charles Caparella, 47, of North Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked-lanes violation and a headlights violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 5.
* Mark J. Beauchamp, 33, of Meadow Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked-lanes violation
* Chad M. Slick, 31, of Front Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 31.
* Tara L. Bush, 27, of River Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 10.
* Juan G. Rodriguez, 20, of Liberty Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 3.
* Laura L. Burgmaster, 59, of Pleasant Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 3.
* Paul Jennings, 52, of Pleasant Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 3.
* Joshua J. Little, 39, of Main Road in Monroe, was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 2.
* Michael S. Brayman, 39, of Tunnel Street in Readsboro, Vt., admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. Brayman was fined $600 and received a 45-day license suspension, and the case was continued without a finding until Sept. 3, 2013.
* Robert J. Fritz, 44, of Plainfield Road in Hartford, Conn., was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle and a marked-lanes violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 9.
Warrants were issued for the following people:
* Darrell Robinson, 22, of Second Street in Pittsfield, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an inspection-sticker violation.
* Francis N. Farron, 29, of Chase Avenue in North Adams, on a charge of violating an abuse-prevention order.
