NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
* Mitchell J. Biros, 25, of Thompson Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, second offense. Biros was fined $1,100 and received a two year license suspension and probation until Sept. 3, 2014.
* Richard Duncanson, 23, of River Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of two counts of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 10.
* Harley D. Shepard, 25, of Yale Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of failure to stop or yield and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 5.
* Morissa M. Gardner, 27, of Mill Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 and breaking and entering a building during the day for a felony. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 24.
* Matthew J. Wieland, 50, of Main Street in Hinsdale, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and child endangerment while operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 9.
* Ronald A. Demyer, 29, of Henderson Road in Wil liamstown, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and a marked-lanes violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 17.
* Tabetha Dix, 23, of Elm Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and littering from a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 24.
Warrants were issued for the following people:
* Luis A. Torres, 38, of Brayton Hill Terrace in North Adams, on a charge of disorderly conduct.
* Richard E. Winnie Sr., 38, of Brayton Hill Terrace in North Adams, on a charge of larceny over $250.

The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:
* Robert B. Yeaton Jr., 34, of Barbour Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of unarmed robbery, witness intimidation, assault and battery and malicious destruction of property under $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 19.
A warrant was issued for the following person:
* April M. Rogers, 35, of Beaver Street in North Adams, on charges of an inspection-sticker violation and a miscellaneous code of Massachusetts regulations violation.
