READSBORO, Vt. -- The 2012 Readsboro Arts Festival will be held Saturday, Sept. 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Readsboro Central School, 301 Phelps Lane.
Admission is free.
Now in its sixth year, the festival will feature the creative work of artists and craftspeople from the southern Vermont area and include performances by local musicians and free art-making activities for all ages. Lunch and snacks available at the festival cafe.
Artists and craftspeople will exhibit a wide variety of fine art and craft including painting, prints, photography, blown glass, jewelry, baskets, wood, quilts and fiber arts, and pottery.
Enjoy live music throughout the day with performances by Blueberry Buckle at 10 a.m., The Dusty Pilgrims at 11 a.m., Flootissimo at noon, Kim and Sharon at 1 p.m., Atom Planet at 2 p.m., and the MacArthur Family at 3 p.m.
