Northern Berkshire District Court

NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

* Lyance Littlejohn Jr., 60, of Windsor Road in Cheshire, was arraigned on a charge a violating an abuse-prevention order. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 12.

* Jennifer L. McLain, 30, of Hall Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of assault and battery. The case was continued without a finding until May 28, 2013.

* Ronald A. Demyer, 30, of Henderson Road in Williamstown, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. Demyer was given a 45-day license suspension and a $600 fine. The case was continued without a finding until Sept. 11, 2013.

* Noreen B. Osoro, 52, of Strong Avenue in Pittsfield, was arraigned on charges of credit card forgery or utter forged, improper use of a credit card under $250 and receiving stolen property under $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 19.

* Shaun J. Ellsworth, 30, of Bonnie Lane in Peru, was arraigned on charges of two counts improper use of a credit card under $250, two counts credit card forgery or utter forge and one count receiving stolen property under $250.

A warrant was issued for the

* Christopher J. Brown, 27, of Linden Street in Pittsfield, on a charge of violating an abuse-prevention order.
