NORTH ADAMS -- The following case was heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
* Wyatt E. Demo, 23, of East Main Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of two counts of forging a bank note, four counts larceny over $250, two counts uttering a false check and two counts identity fraud. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 24.

The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
* Todd. M. St. Germain, 48, of Mohawk Trail in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 30.
* Luis A. Torres, 38, of Union Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, malicious destruction of property under $250, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, improper operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 30.
* Patrick J. Baumert, 32, of Hoosac Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of
* Mackenzie W. Bohl, 19, of Chase Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 1.
A warrant was issued for the following person:
* Nicholas E. Bushey, 20, of Burt Street in Adams, on charges of breaking and entering a building for a misdemeanor and larceny under $250.
