ACLU weighs in on no trespass order: NORTH ADAMS -- The American Civil Liberties Union is requesting the city revoke its no trespass order against Robert Cardimino, say that it violates his right of free speech. The city is declining to comment pending review of the letter and Cardimino has declined to comment until the city does so.

Restitution ordered for Fryc: NORTH ADAMS -- Carol A. Fryc , 71, of Arnold Place, was ordered by Northern Berkshire District Court today to pay $28,026 in restitution in connection with a Northern Berkshire School Union larceny case.
