NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

* Joseph J. Maynard, 32, of Marietta Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 30.

* Ashley L. Iriass, 29, of Brayton Hill Terrace in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of larceny under $250 from a person over 60 or disabled. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 6.

* Robert J. Bleau, 36, of Main Street in Pownal, Vt., was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, license not in possession, and speeding. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 15.

A warrant was issued for the following person:

* Diana L. Miranda, 43, of E Street in North Adams, on charges of three counts larceny by check of under $250.
