Northern Berkshire District Court

NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

* Tyler C. Sherman, 20, of North State Road in Cheshire, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 31.

* Amy Malloy, 28, of Middle Road in Clarksburg, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked-lanes violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 30.

* Aaron M. Rowett, 28, of Friend Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of receiving stolen property over $250. Rowett was sentenced to serve two and a half years in a house of correction.

* Keith Larrabee, 17, of Chase Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 26.
