NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

* Jake Mcinnis, 22, of Barbour Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 26.

* Rebecca M. Nolan, 22, of Brook Heights in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 7.

* Christopher J. Flynn, 30, of Pollock Avenue in Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, second offense. Flynn was fined $600, given probation until Sept. 27, 2013 and received a 45-day loss of license.

* Dalton P. Martinelli, 19, of North Summer Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. Martinelli was fined $600 and received a 210-day loss of license. The case was continued without a finding until Sept. 27, 2013.

* Craig J. Pratt, 41, of Liberty Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on charges of disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. Pratt was fined $250.

of Mohawk Forest Boulevard in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 30.

* Brandon Johnson, 20, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 29.

* Elijah D. Price, 20, of Ashland Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of assault and battery. Price was sentenced to 60 days in a house of correction.

* Bradley S. Brown, 23, of Pleasant Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of assault and battery. Brown was fined $50 and the case was continued without a finding until July 16, 2013.

A warrant was issued for the following person:

* Francis N. Farron, 29, of Chase Avenue in North Adams, on a charge of violating a harassment-prevention order.
