LEE -- The Lee girls’ soccer team couldn’t solve Drury’s goalkeeper and the Blue Devils grabbed a 1-0 victory.

The Wildcats missed on a penalty kick, had two direct kicks skim off posts and forced Ali Tatro to make 18 saves for the Blue Devils.

While the Wildcats couldn’t find the net, Drury’s Cori Ghidotti did in a 1-0 win for the Blue Devils Monday morning.

"I thought we had more control," of the game, said Lee coach Lauren Finnegan. "We just couldn’t find the net today -- but not for a lack of trying."

Ghidotti’s goal came in the 29th minute as she deflected a bouncing ball past Lee goalie Sara Middleton.
