NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
* Rebecca P. Goebel, 24, of Lanesborough Road in Che shire, was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 6.
* Karissa Hoag, 21, of Holbrook Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 7.
* Edward L. Bunn, 36, of Greylock Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 28.
* Joshua T. Cooper, 26, of Houghton Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 16.
* Lawrence H. Bussiere, 71, of Madison Avenue in Pittsfield, was arraigned on a charge of refusing to provide a DNA database sample. The court ordered that Bussiere comply by Nov. 27.
