NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

* Jennifer B. Carrigan, 36, of Bonair Avenue in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of improper use of a credit card over $250 and larceny of a credit card. Carrigan was ordered by the court to pay $155 in restitution and the case was continued without a finding until Oct. 15, 2013.

* Michael S. Kelly, 31, of Main Street in Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and no inspection sticker. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 19.

* James Williams, 45, of Union Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of violating a miscellaneous municipal ordinance bylaw. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 2.

* Cyril S. Kenney, 52, of Brayton Hill Terrace in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 27.

* Melvin H. McCall, 33, of North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 19.

Warrants were issued for the following people:

* Derek L. Skrine, 29, of Quincy Street in North

Adams, on charges of three counts of selling/delivering liquor to a person under 21 and one count disturbing the peace.

* Richard R. Perras, 52, of Massachusetts Avenue in North Adams, on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
