NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
* Ted S. Krutiak, 19, of Dean Street in Cheshire, was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class D drug to distribute, possession of liquor by a person under 21, failure to dim headlights and a lights violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 5.
* Adam L. Quimby, 33, of East Quincy Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 5.
* Brandi L. Smith, 33, of Heartwellville Road in Readsboro, Vt., was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle and failure to dim headlights. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 18.
* Robert A. Bushika, 29, of Bracewell Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 5.
* Crystal M. Sherman, 26, of Murray Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and license not in possession. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 31.
A warrant was issued for the following person:
* James A. Tennyson, 46, of Scarey Lane in Bennington, Vt., on charges of speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and license not in possession.

The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
* Janessa E. Fisk, 22, of Bracewell Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of larceny under $250 and larceny over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 3.
* Nathan R. Biros, 21, of Thompson Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 14.

The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
* Arthur J. Morin III, 34, of Friend Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 15.
* Michelle E. Riopelle, 22, of East Quincy Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of two counts unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and one count speeding. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 15.
* Shawn F. Sullivan, 22, of Bellevue Avenue in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of four counts assault with a dangerous weapon and one count sell/deliver liquor to a person under 21. Sullivan was sentenced to six months in a house of correction with 62 days credit for time served.
* Richard A. Durocher, 48, of Sullivan Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 11.
A warrant was issued for the following person:
* David M. Wellington, 26, of Brayton Hill in North Adams, on charges of breaking and entering a building at night for a felony, larceny over $250, malicious destruction of property over $250 and receiving stolen property over $250.
