Northern Berkshire District Court

NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

* Alyssa Parker, 26, of Yale Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 30.

* Tony M. Mejias, 31, of North Summer Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property under $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 17.

Warrants were issued for the following people:

* Shawn M. Moylan, 24, of West Shaft Road in North Adams, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

* James Williams, 40, of Union Street in North Adams, on a charge of violating a miscellaneous municipal ordinance bylaw.
