NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
* Jeremy Parsons, 24, of Old Stage Road in Groton, N.Y., was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 14.
* Lisa A. Lepoidevin, 25, of West Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. Lepoidevin was fined $635 and given a 45-day loss of license. The case was continued without a finding until Nov. 4, 2013.
* Brandy A. Whipple, 40, of Cleveland Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 14.
* Ryan S. Lesnick, 26, of East Hoosac Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 and credit card fraud over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 19.
* Brittany L. Dellaghelfa, 23, of Mill Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 and credit card fraud over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 19.
* Mitchell Mullett, 20, of Belvidere Avenue in Pittsfield,
* Brian Shiver, 25, of Maple Street in Cortland, N.Y., was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 14.
* Mark A. Durant, 46, of Summer Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on charges of one count of subsequent offense possession to distribute of a Class D drug, pos session to distribute of a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate the drug law and distribution of a Class D drug. Durant was sentenced to two years in a house of correction, with 33 days credit for time served.
* Joy Jansen, 37, of Summer Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of one count of subsequent offense possession to distribute of a Class D drug, possession to distribute of a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate the drug law and distribution of a Class D drug. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 18.
