NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
* Ryder M. Wolters, 40, of Lenox Avenue in Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender. Wolters was sentenced to 60 days in a house of correction.
* Alyssa Parker, 26, of Yale Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a disabled person older than 60 with an injury, assault and battery, and witness intimidation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 30.
* Jamie R. Snow, 21, of Water Street in Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 16.
* Wade R. Will, 33, of Second Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of forgery/misuse of a Registry of Motor Vehicles document and no inspection sticker. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 27.
* David Baumbach, 19, of Leonard Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUI) and admitted to sufficient facts and was found
* Nicholas D. Bondini, 29, of Crossey Place in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 8.
* Erica B. Hansen, 32, of South Street in Cheshire, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, failure to stop/yield, violating a motor vehicle bylaw and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 28.
* Kelley J. Miller, 45, of Dover Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 28.
* Anthony J. Leake, 21, of Sutton Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and malicious destruction of property over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 14.
* William R. Valotta, 21, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 28.
