NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:
* Aaron F. Walden, 39, of Walnut Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on charges of a second-offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle. Walden was fined $600 and given probation until Nov. 7, 2014.
* Lloyd A. Wanderburg, 50, homeless in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 19.
* Wilson C. Fuller, 24, of Randall Street in Agawam, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Fuller was sentenced to nine months in a house of correction with 20 days credit.
* Edward F. Poette, 45, of Labonte Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 10.
* Keith Larrabee, 17, of Chase Avenue in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and the case was continued without a
Warrants were issued for the following people:
* Daniel J. Onorato, 25, of White Oaks Road in Wil liamstown, on a charge of disorderly conduct.
* Matthew J. Weiland, 50, of Main Street in Hinsdale, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUI), and child endangerment while OUI.
* Michael M. Almeida, 22, of John Street in Pittsfield, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a lights violation.
