A photo caption in Tuesday's Transcript misidentified Marilyn Tower-Burdick. In the photos on Page A3 from the New Hope United Methodist Church's Holiday Bazaar, Tower-Burdick was the one serving more than eight different pies at the event and Becky Harris was the one perusing the bake sale.

The Northern Berkshire District Court listing in the Monday, Nov. 12 Transcript mistakenly listed David Baumbach, of North Adams, as being charged on Nov. 7 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. Baumbach's charges were actually from a year ago and his case was closed on Nov. 7.
