BENNINGTON, Vt. -- The Bennington Arts Guild’s annual Holiday Art Show opened Friday, Nov. 23, and runs till the end of December.

The show is a great opportunity to find locally produced, handmade gift items in a range of prices. On display will be jewelry, cards, paintings, pottery, turned wood items, sculpture, hooked rugs and more from 21 local artists.

The Bennington Arts Guild will participate in the Hometown Holiday Celebration on Sat urday, Nov. 24 and will host an Open House on Sunday, Dec. 2. Both events are from 1 to 4 p.m. and are open to the public and include free refreshments.

The Guild’s gallery is at 103 South Street in Bennington.
