NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

* Aaron M. Tassone, 24, of First Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 23.

* Rosemary I. Weber, 20, of Albert Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 20.

* Casandra Varno, 20, of Sayles Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 7.

* Joshua J. Brien, 30, of Wesleyan Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on charges of second offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a class C drug. Brien was given probation until Nov. 25, 2014, fined $1,100 and ordered to attend an alcohol treatment program by Feb. 22, 2013.

* Danielle L. Malinowski, 26, of Eagle Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty

on a charge of disturbing the peace. Malinowski was fined $150.

* April M. Rogers, 36, of Beaver Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of second offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUI), possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle and endangering a child while OUI. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 4.
