NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
* Daniel J. Kruszyna, 22, of West Mountain Road in Cheshire, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, destruction of property over $250 and leaving the scene of property damage. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 17.
* Robert E. Murphy III, 35, of Winter Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 30.
* Brandon L. Johnson, 21, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, violating an abuse-prevention order and witness intimidation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 11.
* Patrick J. Baumert, 32, of Hoosac Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of cruelty to an animal. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 19.
* Ashley Lazarczyk, 17, of Carson Avenue in Clarksburg, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 11.
* Scott M. Hasty, 22, of Cadwell Road in Pittsfield, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and a marked-lanes
* Steven Coons, 51, of Allessio Street in Pittsfield, was arraigned on charges of a lights violation and second-offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 14.
A warrant was issued for the following person:
* Lawrence H. Bussiere, 71, of Madison Avenue in Pittsfield, on a charge of refusing to provide a DNA database sample.

The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
* Wendy E. Vanorden, 66, of Kerr Avenue in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 9.
* Deryl G. Bentley III, 34, of Ashland Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of trespassing. Bentley was fined $150.
* Kyle A. Sherman, 29, of Burt Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 5.
* Brenda Renaud, 52, of Jordan Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a number-plate violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 28.
* Steven Angrove, 30, of Oak Lane in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 28.
* Susan Cane, 53, of Crofut Street in Pittsfield, was arraigned on a charge of larceny by check over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 4.
* Jessica L. Cwalinski, 24, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting by concealed merchandise. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 9.
