LANESBOROUGH -- The Jewish Federation of the Berkshires will present two family Hanukkah concerts on Sunday, Dec. 9.
The first is at 11:30 a.m. at Hevreh of Southern Berk shire, 270 State Road, Great Barr ington; the second is at 3 p.m. at the Berkshire Mall, Macy’s Court, Old State Road, Lanes borough.
The programs, which will feature singer Felicia Sloin and the puppets of Kate Holds worth, are free and open to all, with families invited to donate new children’s pajamas to be given to the Berkshire Office of the Massachusetts Depart ment of Children and Families.
Sloin, a classically trained performer, employs song, dance and sign language to inspire and entertain as she joins with the antics of Holds worth’s puppetry to bring to all ages the spirit, culture and values embodied in the Han ukkah holiday.
Pajamas may be donated at the concerts or in advance at Hevreh or the Jewish Fed eration of the Berkshires, 196 South St., Pittsfield.
