CHESHIRE -- 413 Glassworks will hold a Holiday Arts Fes tival on Saturday, Dec. 8, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 413 Glass works, 37 Nobody's Road, (Route 8 from Whitney's Farm).

The festival will feature one-of-a-kind gifts by local artists ranging from jewelry, ceramic, fabric, wood, glass and more.
