One injured in Williamstown crash

The driver of this Chevy Blazer was extricated from his vehicle and transported to Berkshire Medical Center on Wednesday around 10 p.m. after the one-car accident near 134 North Hoosac Road in Williamstown. Williamstown Fire Department, North Adams Police, Williamstown Police, North Adams Ambulance and Village Ambulance responded to the scene. The road was closed from Cole Avenue to Ashton Avenue while workers cleaned up the scene. No further information on the driver was available as of press time.
