Northern Berkshire District Court

NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

* Tonia L. Nicholas, 30, of Myrtle Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 28.

A warrant was issued for the following person:

* James M. Mullen, 22, of Harding Avenue in North Adams, on a charge of possession of a Class A drug.
