North Adams dog licenses now available

NORTH ADAMS -- Dog licenses are available in the City Clerk’s office. Licensing period is from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2013.

Male and female, not neutered or spayed is $20; male and female, neutered or spayed, is $8.

Residents who have previously licensed their dog with the city may already have current rabies documents for the dog on file. Call the office, 413-662-3015, during regular business hours, to check on the rabies.

Anyone who has never registered their dog with North Adams must present a copy of the rabies certificate at the time of licensing.

Residents may also send for the license to the City Clerk’s office, 10 Main St., North Adams, MA 01247 and enclosed a self-addressed envelope.
