Series on chronic health issues set

PITTSFIELD -- On Thursday, Jan. 3, at 1:30 p.m., EPOCH Assisted Living at Melbourne will host a free informational meeting on "My Life, My Health," a six-week workshop for seniors and caregivers dealing with chronic health conditions.

The workshop was developed by Stanford University and will be presented by Elder Services of Berkshire County.

The workshops will also be held at EPOCH at Melbourne, and run from Jan. 10-Feb. 14. All sessions are free, but participants must register.
