Northern Berkshire District Court

NORTH ADAMS -- The following case was heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

*Lee D. Jacobs, 29, of Stryker Road in Florida, was arraigned on charges of disturbing the peace, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, and two charges of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Feb. 13, 2013.

A warrant was issued for the following person:

*Lindsey J. Andrews, 29, of Myrtle Street in Adams, for failure to appear after being summoned. Andrews was scheduled to be arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
