NORTH ADAMS -- The Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice of Northern Berkshire will offer several public health clinics in January.
The clinics include blood pressure and blood sugar screening, medication reviews, heights and weights, and health teaching. Flu vaccine will be offered at the walk-in clinics at the VNA offices only.
Public health clinics are offered Tuesday and Thursday, Jan. 8 and 10, and again Tuesday and Thursday, Jan. 22 and 24, from 3 to 4 p.m., at the VNA & Hospice’s headquarters, 99 Hospital Ave., on the campus of North Adams Regional Hospital.
In Adams, clinics will be held at Barrett House, Wednesday, Jan. 2, from 10 to 11 a.m.; Valley Street Apartments, Thursday, Jan. 10, from 10 to 11 a.m.; at Millhouse Apartments, Wednesday, Jan. 16, from 10 to11 a.m.; and at the new Adams Council on Aging facility, Wednesday, Jan. 23, from 10 to 11 a.m.
In North Adams: Village East, Tuesday, Jan. 8, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.; St. Joseph’s Court, Wednesday, Jan. 9, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.; and the Spitzer Center, Tuesday, Jan. 22, from 9 to 11 a.m.
