Northern Berkshire District Court

NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

*Keith R. Rarick, 41, of Old Williamstown Road in Lanesborough, was arraigned on charges of second-offense operating under the influence, possession of a Class B drug (cocaine), and speeding. Rarick was released on $2,500 bail. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Feb. 19.

*Jayson D. Gordon, 19, of Barbour Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and a number-plate violation to conceal identity. The case was continued without a finding until Feb. 1.

A warrant was issued for the following person:

*Alyssa D. Parker, 26, of Yale Street in North Adams, for failure to appear for a probation violation hearing.
