NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
* Trista Williams, 19, of Walnut Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of larceny under $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 27.
* Brittany A. Caldwell, 25, of Veazie Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of criminal harassment. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 20.
* Michael J. Bessette, 50, of Dalton Division Road in Pittsfield, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 20.
* Nicholas J. Clark, 21, of Houghton Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of violating an abuse-prevention order, breaking and entering, and larceny under $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 22.
* Bruce W. Estes, 51, of Lazy Lane in Pownal, Vt., was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 6.
* Vaughn D. Decker, 51, of Oleson Road in Florida, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 5.
Warrants were issued for the following people:
* Margaret Saldo, 33, of Commercial Street in Adams, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
* Jonathan B. Mason, 27, of East Main Street in North Adams, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class B drug.
