FLORIDA -- A spaghetti dinner to benefit students from Gabriel Abbott Memorial School will be held from 4:30 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 4, at Bounti Fare Restaurant, 200 Howland Ave.

Proceeds will help fund the sixth, seventh and eighth grade students' trip to Washington, D.C.

A silent auction will offer four Disney World passes, Boston Bruins autographed puck, scrapbooking package, YMCA membership, and more. There also will be a Chinese auction, basket raffle and bake sale.

Tickets cost $7 for adults and $5 for seniors and children younger than 5.

This fundraiser has been approved by the Gabriel Abbott Memorial School Committee.

Williamstown 2013 dog licenses available

WILLIAMSTOWN -- The 2013 dog licenses are available in the town clerk's office. The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The current fees are $5 for neutered and spayed dogs and $12 for all others.

All dog owners are required to provide proof of current rabies vaccination in order to obtain their dog license. Such proof must be in the form of a slip from a veterinarian, rabies tag or from last year's license.

Residents may renew their dog licenses by mail if they send a current rabies certificate, a check for the correct amount and a self-addressed stamped envelope to Town Clerk, 31 North St., Williamstown, MA 01267.

Anyone who does not renew their dog license before June 15 will be subjected to a $10 late
