SALEM -- After leading by 10 points at halftime, the visiting Trailblazers (10-10, 6-1 MASCAC) had their lead trimmed to three with 1:02 left. The conference-leading Trailblazers weren’t fased and topped Salem, 92-81.

MCLA held the Vikings scoreless for the final 1:02, outscoring the home team 8-0.

Paul Maurice had a game-high 20 points and was one of five Trailblazers in double figures. John Jones had a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds.

BENNINGTON -- The eighth-ranked Ephs (18-2) trailed early against the Mountaineers (0-19). But reigning NESCAC player of the week Mike Mayer outscored Southern Vermont 6-0 in a two-minute span and Williams never trailed again, en route to a 93-45 win.

Mayer had a game-high 22 points and 12 rebounds, while Taylor Epley added 16 points.

SALEM -- The host Vikings used a 13-2 run to open the game to put some distance between themselves and the Trailblazers (8-12, 0-7) in a 69-57 win.

Three players scored in double figures for Salem (9-12, 2-6). Lucy Tremblay had 19 points for MCLA while former Drury player Kelsey Ouimet had a career-high nine rebounds.
